This happens because there is a reason these souls have to meet. The meeting can go two ways:
The first is that they experience and learn and grow from the meeting, which usually leaves positive feelings to the souls, or
The second is that one or both become fearful and withdraw, in which case they don't learn and have to repeat the lesson, not necessarily with the same soul. This usually leaves negative feelings and resentment.
Both are learning experiences, but the first is the ideal one
