Obstacles exist in your path, so that you can bring your greatness to the surface! We usually are not aware of our greatness, until a situation brings it to the surface!

So be grateful for obstacles, because they show you your greatness and strengths!

In my daily interraction with clients, I realise that a lot of them feel they are stuck, not moving forward, and all because they are waiting for this 'perfect' moment to come which will change their lives!
We are the creators of any moment in our lives, including 'the perfect moment'!!!
So take any moment in your life and turn it into a perfect moment! 
Savour it!
Enjoy it!
Be present!
Be conscious!

Age attitude

Age attitude is only social learning, which stems from a negative understanding of the aging process!

In this day and age we know that we can bring about changes to our own DNA, through a positive outlook on life!
